The Mona Lisa's Sword Self-defense Curriculum is a living system created between 1978 and 1998.  MLS Teachers combine MLS program resources and their own unique training, skills, and    vision -- to offer effective and creative safety training and education. MLS Program Outcomes: Increased safety skills and knowledge from  a program that is safe, unique, fun and effective.
